I cannot believe how the girls can be in 3rd and 4th grade. Tonight was their open house. Time is going too fast!

Hello First Grade
I was so excited to go to Tate's classroom night for parent orientation and loved seeing what special presents he had left on his desk. Cannot believe my baby is gone all day. I really miss him. Not sure he misses me.

Picking Apples and Pears
Today was a beautiful day and our fruit trees were ripe. The kids (and Peter too!) were so excited to get picking. They got the ladders out, the bags to hold the pears and apples and got to work! I got my camera out and tried to get a couple of good shots.
Once we were finished picking we came in to make cobbler. It was delicious and perfect with some ice cream.

Bummie!
Today would have been Bummie's birthday. Bummie was my grandma that I loved so very much. She was always part of my life and I am so thankful she was able to meet Harper, Ellie and Tate. Here some pictures and a cute video of Tate and Bummie. I know there are more, I will save those for her next birthday.
I remember so much about Bummie and just don't remember her not being part of my life. Growing up we saw her every Sunday and many times during the week.
I remember:
1. She would stick up for me no matter what and loved me no matter what I did as I did nothing wrong in her eyes. My mom could be so angry and she would always say I did not nothing wrong or did not mean it.
2. She loved to give the kids their bottles, even if they weighed more than her.
3. Sleeping over at her house and her putting "sand" in my eyes to make me sleep.
Wish you were still her Bummie so we could have celebrated your birthday with you!

Happy Birthday Bummie. We went to the nursing home to celebrate her birthday with her. I remember the girls had so much fun handing out cake to everyone. We had pink roses on the cake because Bummie loved roses.

Harper and Liv
EB's second first day of school.
Today was EB's first day of school for the 2nd time. Today was Ms. Focht's class. Isn't EB cute modeling her uniform. It is nice this year because she gets her bus at Ogden so we all walk together in the morning and the bus drops her off at Ogden in time for lunch.

First Day of School
Today was the first day of school for the kids at Ogden. Tate is in 1st grade, Harper is in 4th and EB is in 3rd. They were super excited and could not wait for the day to start. We had to take some picture of course.
Love this picture of them. Not sure where we will squeeze Fisher next year!
Cannot believe how big Harper looks posing here.
Notice EB's panda skirt. She had to have this skirt for her first day of school.
Walking to school holding hands.
Not happy to be stopping for another picture. They want to get to school!
Finally at Ogden.
Remember Tate, no running in the mornings to school, unless we are late!
Look at that smile on EB. She is super excited because she has 2 first days, one at Ogden and tomorrow with Ms. Focht.
