Winter Concert at Ogden

Tonight was the winter concert for the boys and EB. EB did double duty as she is in Chorus also. She was over the moon she had a speaking part and practiced it so many times. Mrs. Moore, her helper, told her she was a natural and I think EB took it and ran with it. She sang her heart out and even needed tea afterwards as her voice was "tired". Fisher was less than enthusiastic about the performance, only happy he wore his red rock star pants and I let him have his shirt untucked. Tate was very serious about it until one song when he apparently sang different words and all the boys around him were laughing.
The boys looking so handsome.

EB, the big 6th grader.

EB in Chorus.

Her big announcement for the Fruitcake Song.

Tate getting ready to play his recorder.

Fisher wishing he was anywhere but there.

Focusing hard on his recorder.

Tate lucked out and got a musicl instrument role.  Go Tate!

EB playing her heart out.

Pure joy from her!

EB was all excited to show me her artwork.  Tate was so sweet to her and said that he did not even know it was hers and thought it was the best one up there by far.

Isn't that great.

EB's big speaking role.  So, so proud of her and how well she is doing.  There is no way she could have done this last year.
